What happens next
Angie locks in your dates
Your sign-up is the piece she was waiting on. Angie is Sara's assistant and she handles the calendar and the moving pieces on our end. She will finalize your dates, book flights, and send calendar holds for both days.
A one-hour Zoom before we fly out
Angie sends the invite for a prep call with Sara and Jeff Blackton, who runs our Dealer Success Groups side. We want to spend the day and a half on site fixing things, not finding things. We will cover your numbers, your people and how the business is set up, and a walkthrough of exactly what happens each day.
Day one at your store
The team arrives about an hour after you open so your crew can get the morning going. Sara and Jeff spend the full day with you and your managers working through service, parts, sales, and rental. Your marketing navigator is there to capture content, photos and video of your people doing the work, and to get everyone set up on the text number and the monthly employee content contest.
Day two, then we go to work
Day two runs until about noon or one, then the team heads to the airport. From there your navigator builds your first month and it goes live.
